| For over sixty years,
Girls State has served to educate young women from around California about
politics and government. The program has run successfully and at no cost to
the delegates since 1938, thanks to the many Auxiliary members who work
year-round to raise funds. The Girls State Alumnae Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the educational portion of the program and is also dedicated to the continued success and longevity of California Girls State. The Girls State Alumnae Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation. All donations are tax deductible. |
